“Everyone was polite and professional. They worked non-stop to complete the installation in five days. Given that they installed the complex Harvest Thermal system, and had to remove our old heating and hot water system, it is amazing that they were able to do it in such a short time.
When we had problems with the system (getting hot water in a timely fashion and operating the complex thermostat) they made two visits, added more equipment, and gave us a tutorial on the thermostat.
