The tech showed up on time and was friendly and knowledgeable about our older thermostat. He got our HVAC system up and running in less than an hour and programmed both thermostats with the correct climate for occupancy and non-occupancy times. Good experience.

The owner was GOD sent to me personally. It was during a time that it was I'm the 3 digit of weather and my AC went out. I have home warranty but it didn't help I was told I needed a new unit. The other company came out and said that they couldn't repair it. Then I called Air Synergy the representative said I'm going to send the owner. Then Alberto Mendez came to my home and repair it. Air Synergy Heating performed our annual service quickly and efficiently. They keep our home system running like when it was first installed! Our technician kept me informed on all he did, including changing the register (he disposed of the old filter). Checking the units after he left, nothing was disturbed or out of place. Switching over from ac to heat was seamless. We wanted our service to be scheduled close to the seasonal transition. They accommodate our requests.

Alberto who owns Air Synergy had installed new HVAC systems in our home that included a zoned system so that we could heat/cool specific areas of our home. We had been impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail while screening bids. Later we had a problem with the zoned system. With any work there can be some lingering issues BUT what is important is that the business stands behind their work. Alberto responded and installed an updated thermostat as well as doing related work. As usual his crew was excellent. And it was all done under warranty and our HVAC system is working great.

I met Alberto last year about upgrading my furnace and AC, but i postponed. Not until this heat comes up, i reached out to him again and needed some help. They installed it the following week which is fast! Installed the whole day. Thank you Alexis! Shaun installed my wifi thermostat which is awesome!
