“Am totally impressed with Air Synergy regarding the job they did for our dual zone system install. We decided to go with the Mitsubishi Heatpump option, as it was the most cost-efficient in the long run. Alberto spent a few hours mapping out our house and sent the estimate after our consult the same-day. The estimate, alone, was clearly written, thorough, and had all the schematics laid out for the job. We signed the dotted line that same day and were so excited to get our new system! The work was scheduled the following week!

From the first day of work, Josue and Shawn arrived on time and ready to go. I even received timely text messages notifying me when they would arrive onsite. The system we put in is very intricate since we had to do a unit upstairs in the attic, all the way through down to the garage. Josue and Shawn were very polite & personable and communicated every step of the work they were doing for us. They explained in detail, and were open to any questions we had. It was very helpful to understand the phases of the work being done. We also had a change order the first day for air purifiers added (considering California fire season is a regular occurrence now), and Martha got the change-order documents to us via email within the hour. Air Synergy is a well oiled machine and every moving part was swiftly addressed, with no pause.

Back to the job: Unfortunately, we had 2 other work crews on site doing our windows and floors (we are expecting so we needed to get all the work done asap) but Josue and Shawn were very patient & flexible since it was a bit of a construction zone with so many guys working on top of each other. It was hectic but they truly made the best of it and didn't complain or express any grievances.

The fourth and final day of the work, Josue, Shawn, and Sergio tied up all the loose ends and ensured everything was working properly. Explained how to operate each unit (upstairs and downstairs) and told us to contact them if we ever ran into any issues.

I would absolutely hire Air Synergy again, if I could! Alberto has an amazing team and we had an outstanding experience, overall. They cleaned up after each day of work and essentially worked non-stop for 4 days on a job that I would think would take 10+ days to do. Efficient, hard-working, and top notch customer service, all around! THANK YOU SO MUCH, AIR SYNERGY! We truly appreciate everything you did to make our home the absolute best for the next 20+ years! We are already breathing fresher, more quality air and can even sleep better now. Do not hesitate to contact Alberto and his team. Zero regrets and worth every cent!”

Never seen contractor like them before. They are true to their charta, honest, hard working, quality over profit. The team has the most healthy dynamic, respectful with each other as much as with the client.I had full hvac (heating and waterheater) replacement. They showed up in time, they worked late. Their work was clean and professional, they know what they were doing, solved many issues on the way without hesitation, they have not need to be nodged to do the right thing or the right way, i have not felt the need to check their work at the end of the day. They also pointed out things that needs replacement or maintenance, and not to charge me more, or get another job but because they noticed it and let me know as a courtesy. (With photo and explanation of the potential problem they found).I can just highly recommend air synergy, and be greatful that I went with them.

We had our entire HVAC replaced previously by them and the workers were fantastic and easy to work with. We recently and maintenance done by Shaun and he was super patient and kind with me as I tried to figure out where to send him for his inspection. Had a new-ish Fujitsu mini split break. It has been hard to find people who work on mini splits. Air synergy was responsive and every person I talked to was nice, patient, and good to work with. Something is going right here so I would give them a call.

The owner was GOD sent to me personally. It was during a time that it was I'm the 3 digit of weather and my AC went out. I have home warranty but it didn't help I was told I needed a new unit. The other company came out and said that they couldn't repair it. Then I called Air Synergy the representative said I'm going to send the owner. Then Alberto Mendez came to my home and repair it. I gave GOD praises for this man. I pray that GOD will bless him 100 fold. Whenever it's time to place I'll be calling on him.

Talk about great customer service!!! I contacted Air Synergy on Sunday because our AC (installed by another company) went out and the house was getting hot. The owner, Alberto, came out the next day and quickly identified the problem - a plugged furnace filter that another company was supposed to have replaced during a semiannual audit of our systems, but they didn’t. What a waste they were. I also had Air Synergy replace my second HVAC system last year and they did a great job. Why did I ever use the other company for anything?

I hired Air Synergy after interviewing four leading area HVAC companies to install three ductless units in my house. Alberto explained the process very well and gave me some good tips on the type of system I needed and where to install the units. The installation day was a long day but the guys were able to get it done in one day. There were a few kinks - which is expected for a job this large - but Alberto and the crew were all very responsive and are in the process of taking care of the issues. It's crystal clear that they care about their customers and are extremely responsive to their customers' concerns. I would highly recommend Alberto and his crew.

Air Synergy really bailed us out! Our Fujitsu mini-split system was originally installed by another company, and we have had nothing but problems with it. It never got very warm in the winter and blew room temperature air in the summer when it was supposed to be cooling. During the triple-digit heat wave in the summer, my wife ended up taking our son out of town to escape the heat because our units just weren't working properly. We had that other company out several times, but they were never able to fix it. Air Synergy technicians were able to identify problems with the install immediately and found multiple issues that needed resolving.Alberto, the manager, was transparent and easy to work with and was very accommodating. Jose, the technician who did most of our work, was wonderful. He was skilled but unassuming, efficient but personable and very thoughtful. Our son ended up going down for a nap during the repairs, and Jose tried to be as quiet as possible as he worked and whispered to us when he needed to consult with us.In the end, Air Synergy was able to completely repair our system and it now works brilliantly. They also made practical adjustments as they went so that it would be easy to make repairs to our units in the future. We are so grateful for their skilled and thoughtful work and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Alberto at Air Synergy by a neighborhood friend who used them to upgrade the AC at his house. Alberto was responsive and happy to discuss my project - adding a split AC/heat system to a small studio/accessory building in my back yard - and came by for a site inspection and quote only a few days after we first spoke. I compared his quote against another company recommended by another trusted source (our general contractor), and Air Synergy was less expensive and able to schedule the install sooner. The crew from Air Synergy showed up on time, did a great job prepping the job site (including clearing some plants and moving a storage box), installed the unit without any disruptions or drama, finished on time and left the site as clean as they found it. So far the unit is operating as expected. I would definitely recommend Alberto and Air Synergy to others!

Air Synergy is the best in the business and should be your first choice when looking for HVAC needs. We did a brand new installation about a month ago and going into the hottest weekend of the year, we are extremely grateful for their fantastic service.We went through about 6 different quotes and even considered installing a DIY ductless unit ourselves until we found out you only get the manufacturer warranty if a certified professional performs the installation. Alberto left a great impression immediately when he came out for an estimate. Most companies will only install units they provide and what they sized, but Alberto was not most companies. First, he was perfectly fine to install a particular brand and model that we purchase ourselves but explained why its more cost effective to go with units they provide. Not only do they offer better labor/parts warranty, but after looking at the specs for a cassette unit we considered, he explained the complexity involved with the installation, how much it could cost, and how it could affect our future bedroom addition plans. Second, he was very keen on an installation that not only functioned well but looked great in the home. He took the time to show photos of the best looking units as well as how they look in their previous installations. He even suggested we go with a half ducted and half ductless system so the bedrooms would not have the mini split head units mounted on the wall.All the quotes we received were around the same price range, but Alberto provided a quote that we felt offered the best value. He selected parts and a condenser unit that would be ready for a future bedroom addition. We even added the removal of 10 baseboard heaters. Overall it was a big project and Martha walked us through all the financing options, answering any questions we had. Even with supply chain issues, Alberto was able to get all the parts within a couple weeks.The project started on time and the team was amazing. Josue, Shawn, Mario, Alexis, and later Luis were very professional, polite, and friendly. The outdoor condenser unit came with dents and scratches; and although it probably would’ve been functional, Josue refused to install it saying it was unacceptable and immediately organized a replacement to be sent from the manufacturer even if it risked a delay. It’s truly a testament to the quality Air Synergy was providing. Luckily the replacement arrived a couple days after they started and were able to complete the installation on time. They worked in a very tight attic space with very little ventilation so it was extremely hot. Josue even gave us some tips to improve the ventilation and the overall cooling efficiency. When the plumbers came to remove the baseboard heaters, they also looked at an issue with our water heater and replaced a malfunctioning pressure release valve.Later the HERS Rater even said we made a great choice with Air Synergy and personally thought Air Synergy was the best in Bay Area in terms of value and quality. We completely agree and highly recommend Air Synergy.
