Alberto who owns Air Synergy had installed new HVAC systems in our home that included a zoned system so that we could heat/cool specific areas of our home. We had been impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail while screening bids. Later we had a problem with the zoned system. With any work there can be some lingering issues BUT what is important is that the business stands behind their work. Alberto responded and installed an updated thermostat as well as doing related work. As usual his crew was excellent. And it was all done under warranty and our HVAC system is working great.

The working crew was here early as we were informed. I had a bit of a concerned regarding my mother and I addressed it with Shawn in which he was very accommodating and let me know not to worry. I met Alberto last year about upgrading my furnace and AC, but i postponed. Not until this heat comes up, i reached out to him again and needed some help. They installed it the following week which is fast! Installed the whole day. Thank you Alexis! Shaun installed my wifi thermostat which is awesome! Shaun M came to do a one year maintenance check on our Furnace and Air Conditioner. He was friendly, professional and thorough. Never seen contractor like them before. They are true to their charta, honest, hard working, quality over profit. The team has the most healthy dynamic, respectful with each other as much as with the client.I had full hvac (heating and waterheater) replacement. They showed up in time, they worked late. Their work was clean and professional, they know what they were doing, solved many issues on the way without hesitation, they have not need to be nodged to do the right thing or the right way, i have not felt the need to check their work at the end of the day. They also pointed out things that needs replacement or maintenance, and not to charge me more, or get another job but because they noticed it and let me know as a courtesy. (With photo and explanation of the potential problem they found).I can just highly recommend air synergy, and be greatful that I went with them.
