Just moved into a new home and the AC wasn’t working. Not very fun in the middle of July, whilst pregnant! Called Air Synergy and was given an appt within one day. The intake coordinator was courteous and very helpful.
Alberto came to see us the next day and looked at our AC unit and noticed the radiator was clogged. He saw that it was very dirty and cleaned it, allowing our AC to breathe again. He then checked the internals of the AC unit and noticed that some of the piping was wrong for the condensation drip line. He drilled a vent in it to make sure the drip line operated correctly.
Alberto was thorough, honest and very knowledgeable. He provided some options for us for a future upgrade but didn’t push us into purchasing one right away since we just moved (and have our hands full with other work that needs to be done). We will absolutely call Alberto at Air Synergy when the time comes and am so glad we went with them.

UPDATED REVIEW -- for installation job on 8/17/2021
Am totally impressed with Air Synergy regarding the job they did for our dual zone system install. We decided to go with the Mitsubishi Heatpump option, as it was the most cost-efficient in the long run. Alberto spent a few hours mapping out our house and sent the estimate after our consult the same-day. The estimate, alone, was clearly written, thorough, and had all the schematics laid out for the job. We signed the dotted line that same day and were so excited to get our new system! The work was scheduled the following week!
From the first day of work, Josue and Shawn arrived on time and ready to go. I even received timely text messages notifying me when they would arrive onsite. The system we put in is very intricate since we had to do a unit upstairs in the attic, all the way through down to the garage. Josue and Shawn were very polite & personable and communicated every step of the work they were doing for us. They explained in detail, and were open to any questions we had. It was very helpful to understand the phases of the work being done. We also had a change order the first day for air purifiers added (considering California fire season is a regular occurrence now), and Martha got the change-order documents to us via email within the hour. Air Synergy is a well oiled machine and every moving part was swiftly addressed, with no pause.
Back to the job: Unfortunately, we had 2 other work crews on site doing our windows and floors (we are expecting so we needed to get all the work done asap) but Josue and Shawn were very patient & flexible since it was a bit of a construction zone with so many guys working on top of each other. It was hectic but they truly made the best of it and didn't complain or express any grievances.
The fourth and final day of the work, Josue, Shawn, and Sergio tied up all the loose ends and ensured everything was working properly. Explained how to operate each unit (upstairs and downstairs) and told us to contact them if we ever ran into any issues.
I would absolutely hire Air Synergy again, if I could! Alberto has an amazing team and we had an outstanding experience, overall. They cleaned up after each day of work and essentially worked non-stop for 4 days on a job that I would think would take 10+ days to do. Efficient, hard-working, and top notch customer service, all around! THANK YOU SO MUCH, AIR SYNERGY! We truly appreciate everything you did to make our home the absolute best for the next 20+ years! We are already breathing fresher, more quality air and can even sleep better now. Do not hesitate to contact Alberto and his team. Zero regrets and worth every cent!

The owner was GOD sent to me personally. It was during a time that it was I'm the 3 digit of weather and my AC went out. I have home warranty but it didn't help I was told I needed a new unit. Air Synergy Heating performed our annual service quickly and efficiently. They keep our home system running like when it was first installed! Our technician kept me informed on all he did, including changing the register (he disposed of the old filter). Checking the units after he left, nothing was disturbed or out of place. Switching over from ac to heat was seamless. We wanted our service to be scheduled close to the seasonal transition. They accommodate our requests.

Alberto who owns Air Synergy had installed new HVAC systems in our home that included a zoned system so that we could heat/cool specific areas of our home. We had been impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail while screening bids. Later we had a problem with the zoned system. With any work there can be some lingering issues BUT what is important is that the business stands behind their work. Alberto responded and installed an updated thermostat as well as doing related work. As usual his crew was excellent. And it was all done under warranty and our HVAC system is working great.

I met Alberto last year about upgrading my furnace and AC, but i postponed. Not until this heat comes up, i reached out to him again and needed some help.
