Since the system was 22 years old and already been repair previously I asked about replacement. He laid out my options and did not pressure me to choose either way. The price he quoted for a new unit was $3200 less than the high pressure sale I got from another company.
My install started off a little late because of an emergency call out but went smoothly once Luis was able to get started. He was very professional and helped me set up my Nest app as well.
