Eichler's post-and-beam design, floor-to-ceiling glass, and exposed ceilings leave no attic and little wall cavity for conventional ductwork. Comfort has to be designed in, not forced in.
Small-duct high-velocity (Unico)
Unico's compact ducts are about a quarter the size of traditional ductwork, so they weave through existing cavities without altering ceilings or walls — the preferred install for an Eichler.
